UN VISAGE ET FLEURS

Solid pupils encased by
Cones Of Grey and Cones of Brown
Obscured with means of the shape of an almond
Belying a Furrowed Brow
Belittled by a Forehead trifold
Bespecked, Surrounded by a Brun and Bronzed,
Coppered and Charcoaled skin
Sunbeams illuminating left and Umbrage Obscuring right
Downward a Suave Chemise Blanc and Heavy chain
Denim pant and cringing hands
Encircled in various color
An arched outreach of leaden rouge, burgundy, pale orange
Standing Boldly against the Lone-ness of monochromatic
Background of Ebony asphalt
A slow-pace road
A dilapidated Lavanderia
Beside the Intrusive Breeching Oak
Towering-Peering Down on Grounds Littered
By Pink Pedals, Orange Pedals, Dark Silt
White Sediments, Ashen Wood
ALL in the wake of a warming, welcoming sun

Ravens, crows, fluttering, cawing, squawking, screeching, and shrieking
Grimly_fervidly_ominously
The sky changed contrast, shifted
Glowed, radiating with a closing glare, incessantly, with a weary stare
The dusts, sands and silts on the grounds whirled softly shifting, slowing slowly
The ants, small, black, insignificantly marched unawares
The palms swayed violently, flimsily shaken
By the oncoming breezes
The waving heat waned and dissipated
The screeching halts of automobiles filled the surrounding scene
The limbs on which the flowers bloomed were rustling together in an unadjustable entanglement

No footsteps
No sign of independent movement
Then, there was the heavyweight silence
Of an ending day with a tangible sense of finality.I cast no shadow
