I am who I am
I cant change
Matter of fact
I wont change
I’m a kind-hearted person
Who loves to love
I love being who I am
Tall, athletic built with cinnamon brown skin
And easy on the eyes
It is what it is
As simple as it gets
I’m a simple girl
I’m not clingy or crazy
I’m just me!
Original, quiet and soft spoken
You can try to make me or break me
You can even try to tear me down with
Your blood shot eyes or
Better yet stab me behind my back
With your painful sharp words
But I guarantee you after its all said and done
Its only going to make me STRONGER, SMARTER, AND WISER
And full of revenge!!!!

Lucky for you am not a spiteful person
I wasn’t raised that way
But word to the wise I wouldn’t take my kindness
For weakness
Best believe Am not gullible
I know some wolves like to dress in sheep clothing
Like soulful singer Mary J Blige says
“Take me as I am or get nothing as all”
I couldn’t have said it better

I liked that!! That was live. especially when you said don't take my kindkess for weakness. I'm the same way because I'm kind and quiet, but ain't gon' get stepped on. I could relate. that was great!!!
I absolutely LOVED your poem! I, too, like words from strong women who are proud of who they are like MJB and Pink. Keep writing. I want to read more.
